Can you share a bit about your journey with your GI condition before discovering mBIOTA Elemental?
"Before mBIOTA, I had episodes lasting one to three months. Debilitating pain coming from my colon and an inability to process food in the lower GI tract led to rapid weight loss, dehydration, and inability to absorb nutrients. I had a business to run, a large dog to take care of, and have always been very active: Running, hiking, strength training, and yoga. During these episodes, I would have confusion, extreme weakness, brain fog, and depression due to the biological impacts. These episodes came on quickly because the medications available were not enough, and I was suddenly unable to live life as I knew it."

"Since using mBIOTA, I do not fear having another episode because I have a resource to prevent what I experienced in the past. Once symptoms start, I start using mBIOTA every day, and I can continue to engage in work, physical activities, take care of my dog and let my colon rest and heal. What were your initial thoughts or hesitations about starting an elemental diet, and how were they addressed?
"Can I function while not eating solid food? Will I have enough energy to work and be physically active? What will it do to my mental health? Will I lose weight and lose muscle mass?"
Can you describe your daily routine while using mBIOTA Elemental, and any tips you have for new users?
"When I start to have symptoms, I stop eating and begin drinking 4-5 packets of mBIOTA a day until symptoms resolve. I use the mBIOTA shaker most of the time, with ice and a blender the rest of the time. I enjoy them both! After I finish one mBIOTA packet, I wait until I sense hunger coming on and then I have another packet. I've never had side effects and I have used mBIOTA for several weeks in a row, for one day, and other times for a few days in a row."
