01. Shipping

mBIOTA provides Free Shipping on all US Orders. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and are shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service.

Please carefully review your address at checkout. mBIOTA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses, and reserves the right to charge a re-shipping fee for any orders returned-to-sender.

02. Returns

At mBIOTA Labs, your health and safety are our top priorities. Because mBIOTA Elemental™ is a medical food manufactured in an FDA-certified facility, we uphold strict quality and safety standards. As a result, all sales are final.

Once an order has been delivered and the outer shipping carton has been opened we cannot accept a return - no exceptions.  This policy ensures product integrity and prevents the risk of tampering or contamination. Please note: our product is sold as full cases - so partial refunds of unused inner cartons or sachets of product are not permitted.

If you believe you have a unique situation, please contact us at contact@mbiotalabs.com within 30 days of receiving your order. In the rare case that a return is approved, the entire case of the product must be completely unopened and unused, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
